Throughout my career, I have worked to serve and help others. I have learned that the human body and mind can easily get disconnected—not as a weakness, but as a primal way of protecting ourselves so we can carry on. To reconnect and feel in sync, we must intentionally focus our attention on the movement we engage our bodies in. This knowledge is the foundation of Ewa’s Soulful Training & Recovery.

I have learned that we are unique on many levels, but what unites us is that we all want to be happy in our lives. What we need today can easily differ from what we might require tomorrow. This perspective applies to the way we train; it does not mean that we are throwing away our goals, but rather proves that we are complex beings in need of compassion and kindness.

  • In need of recovery? I am your “helping hands” for specialized stretch and flexibility sessions.

  • Dealing with pain? We will work alongside the guidance of your healthcare provider to ensure your recovery is safe and effective.

Training does not have to be about doing the same thing all the time. The way our body moves is impacted by our feelings and our mood as much as by our muscular and myofascial imbalances, injuries, sleep, stress, or illnesses. My job is to help you achieve your goals—whether it is getting stronger, improving balance, performing better in sports, or just moving with more ease during your daily activities.

A person very dear to my heart once told me: “Everyone needs a bit of courage.” I had the courage to open my company after realizing that people need more than the “standard session” that big franchises tend to offer. What is needed is a tailored routine that can adapt to personal needs. I am your safe space that comes to you and helps you feel better through peaceful, intentional movement.
